How do I get started with Project Log?
Your company administrator will set up your organization and send you an invitation. Once you accept the invite, you can log in via the web or mobile app using your company code.
How do I reset my password?
Go to the login page and click "Forgot Password." Enter your email address, and we'll send you a password reset link.
What is a company code?
The company code is a unique identifier for your organization (e.g., "acme-roofing"). You'll enter it when first launching the mobile app. Your administrator will provide this code.
How do I switch between companies?
If you belong to multiple organizations, go to Settings and use the "Switch Company" option.
How do I delete my account?
Go to Settings → Security → Delete Account. This will permanently remove your personal data within 30 days. Note that business data may be retained per your organization's policies.
Is my data secure?
Yes. Each organization's data is stored in an isolated database environment. All data is encrypted in transit (HTTPS) and at rest. We use role-based access controls and conduct regular security audits.
What are the SMS limits?
SMS limits depend on your plan — Core includes 500/month, Pro includes 2,000/month, and Enterprise includes 5,000/month. Additional SMS bundles are available if you need more.
